Great Parts and Poor Designs

Great prototypes do not make up for poorly designed parts. A Caution: Poorly designed parts will become poorly designed and well-made prototypes. If we see what we believe to be a mistake or overlooked feature in a part come through our system we will call to tell you. Once a file is submitted to our process you are responsible.

If you decide to cancel an order because we have called about a poor quality file or design mistake you will be charged for the expenses we have encountered at that time. We believe this is fair.

No worries, we have instructions for the industry leading CAD packages. Part quality is closely related to how you save your .stl file. See the examples below.
